Job Description

Planning:

  • Present project scope proposal / contracts to the clients and consultants within deadlines

  • Create, edit & design drawings to meet specifications on CAD

  • Review drawings to ensure adherence to specification and standards

  • Stock planning in line with sales

Execution and Costing

  • Prepare design according to product performance

  • Maintain and follow up project schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving existing and rising issues

  • Prepare required materials with concerned external consultant

  • Prepare product list, cost estimation, plan and specifications as per site requirements to meet sales objectives

  • Ensure all designs are according to agreed safety measures

  • Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information

  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information

  • Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data

  • Ensure 100% response rate for potential / Existing customer enquiries with Quotation & Estimation

  • Coordinate with service provider to produce the SS items as per approval

Management Information System

  • Prepare market activity report and submits to FSE management for MIS

Admin

  • Record minutes of the meetings regarding Measurements/ Design and send to customer as a follow up E-mail

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of Commercial Kitchen and Laundry Equipment

  • Excellent skills and handled projects with a similar experience of 3 to 5 years

  • Autocad knowledge

  • GCC driving license

  • Good communication skills
