Designer & CS Representative
Job Description
<p>We are looking for fresh graduates, talented people. <strong><u>The candidate has to be fluent in English with an excellent accent.</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is a creative team player who will assist our customers in creating awesome and unique designs printed on t-shirts and helping our customers through their journeys on our platform. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate with current and potential customers via telephone, email, online chat, or social media</li><li>Address any questions or issues customers may have.</li><li>Providing the needed support to our customers to help solve their inquiries that are not related to designing.</li><li>Researching and providing required information using available resources, keeping up to date on all products, and informing customers of new products and updates.</li><li>Provide digital support for customers.</li><li>Prepare needed artworks that will be printed on the clothes, taking into consideration the company’s rules and policies that govern the design process.</li><li>Use our designer tool in addition to Adobe Creative Suite or CorelDRAW to deliver the requested designs.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with other teams.</li><li>Do the necessary follow-up with our vendor stores to ensure timely production.</li><li>Multi-task while designing components for various customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or relevant work experience.</li><li>0-2 years of work experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.</li><li><strong><u>Fluency in English is a must.</u></strong></li><li><strong><u>Ability to start immediately.</u></strong></li></ul>
