Our focus is creating elevated design and melding (combining) that with optimal business strategy.</p><p>We are seeking one highly talented and creative presentation (slides) designer to join our core team and play a pivotal role in our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional portfolio of design work.</p><p>As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to not only design but also contribute to our culture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design presentations, logos, and other graphic materials for various projects, working with our Head of Design</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure the design aligns with project goals and brand guidelines</li><li>Present design concepts to our team for feedback and approval</li><li>Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques</li><li>Utilize thoughtful, methodical, deliberate processes towards design and creativity (not just random design)</li><li>Always be thoughtful on how we can improve our processes, workflows, etc</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements (Please read carefully):</strong></p><ul><li>Strong personal portfolio of design (please share links when applying)</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as MS Powerpoint, Figma, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Not just a ‘do-er’ but a thinker as well</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work in a very very fast-paced environment and remain reliable and very very responsive</li><li>A strong commitment to providing excellent client service</li><li>Must be able to work on partial US/PST hours</li><li>Must be willing to work weekends <em>if needed</em> (not common but sometimes clients need something/we must take care of them)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Optional, but ideal:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience/portfolio with slides/presentations created</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Awesome opportunity for the right person to learn, grow and be a part of something special. However, you must must be comfortable and speed with which we work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Process:</strong></p><ul><li>We will review submissions received</li><li>If we think there is a possible good fit we will reach out to you via <em>email – </em>please be sure to monitor your inbox</li><li>We will do an initial small paid test (due within 24 hours)</li><li>If that goes well move to an video call/interview</li><li>If that goes well we’ll move to weekly paid structure with the goal to then move to a monthly paid/full-time structure</li><li>Upward, ongoing expansion and promotion opportunities for you</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Budget: 6,000.00 DH – 10,000.00 DH per month</p>
