Job Description

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is in search of an Architectural Design Manager to join their team. The company aims to elevate the delivery of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, inspiring each other to reach new levels of performance excellence, providing a solutions-based approach to delivering on the promise of Vision 2030. The Architectural Design Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of architectural designs in line with program requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of architects to achieve program objectives
  • Develop architectural plans and proposals in accordance with program specifications
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure designs are functional and feasible
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning codes
  • Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Manage project budgets and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Provide technical assistance to team members and management as required
