Job Description

<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p> </p><p> To coordinate with the in-house design team, external consultants and Project Managers to check and ensure that all design intent and specifications are adhered.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2 -3 years of experience in operating AutoCAD with thorough expertise &amp; knowledge to solve design and project execution problems, an added advantage.</li><li>Effectively liaise &amp; coordinate with the Design team, Principals, Consultants, Landlords and clients in the design planning and ensure accurate design deliverables of given projects.</li><li>Provide Projects team with all necessary drawings, specifications, schedules &amp; status of statutory &amp; other approval, programmes, and methodology statements as necessary.</li><li>Undertake Value Engineering reviews during the various design stages and initiate corrective action on any matters arising, in consultation with the project Manager/ Design consultant.</li><li>Liaise with the Project team and ensure they have a proper understanding of information contained in the design documents and provide additional or relevant supporting design information during the project development / execution.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits for observations and ensure compliance checks on previously reviewed design work, as well as generate design review reports.</li></ul>
