As the Design Director, you will be responsible for leading the Design team in the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality design projects. You will provide strategic direction and technical expertise to the team, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities

• Lead the Design team in the development and delivery of high-quality design projects.
• Provide strategic direction and technical expertise to the Design team to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and client specifications.
• Mentor and guide team members to promote professional growth and development.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.
• Oversee the preparation and review of design reports, technical specifications, and drawings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Participate in external stakeholder engagement and represent the company at industry events.
