We are seeking a talented and motivated <strong>Junior Architect </strong>with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in architectural principles and possess a strong proficiency in Rhino and Revit software. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level architect to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of architectural projects.<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Design Support: Assist senior architects and project teams in developing architectural design concepts and solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.</li><li>3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize Rhino software to create accurate 3D models and visualizations that aid in the communication and presentation of design ideas.</li><li>Revit Documentation: Contribute to the development of architectural drawings and documentation using Revit software, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Apply knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations to support the development of feasible and compliant design solutions.</li><li>Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to integrate design solutions and ensure successful project implementation.</li><li>Project Support: Support senior architects in project management tasks, including assisting in the development of project timelines, coordinating design tasks, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design, with exposure to a variety of project types.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge and proficiency in Rhino and Revit software is essential. Familiarity with other design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.</li><li>Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of architectural design concepts and solutions that align with project goals and client preferences.</li><li>Technical Competence: Familiarity with architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
