Job Description
<p>Dermatologist/Cosmetologist will be responsible for providing professional consultation and advice on the effective aesthetic treatment solutions for the patient and will perform wide range of injectable, non- invasive and non-surgical procedures in the clinic.</p><p>Will be responsible for providing clinical direction and strong professional leadership to all nursing and clinical staff. Will lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standardsof care. Drive a culture of safety, effectiveness, and continuous improvement for the patient experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Competencies required</p><ul><li> Passionate in Cosmetic field</li><li> Effective communication skills</li><li> High Ethical Standards</li><li> Compassionate</li><li> Leadership</li><li> Commitment to excellence</li><li> Target driven</li><li> Persuasion Skills</li><li> High professional credibility</li><li> Effective Assessment of patient</li><li> Attention to Details</li><li> Problem Solving/Analysis</li><li> Effective collaborator</li><li> Great listener to patient</li><li>concerns</li><li> Empathic to patients</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Key Job Responsibilities</p><ol><li>Provide setup, direction, and framework to the Clinic to achieve the highest professional standards for operational efficiency and service quality.</li><li>Conduct patient consultations to discuss medical concerns and provide recommendations for services and/or products as appropriate for their needs, budget, and lifestyles.</li><li>Develop, implement, and periodically review the medical standards and guidelines that govern the practice of nurse and other clinical staff in compliance with local law and regulations.</li><li>Ensure optimal usage of clinic equipment’s, and clinic procedures are performed only by health professionals who are properly trained and qualified.</li><li>Assist in the resolution of complaints, requests and enquiries from patients and provides leadership needed to achieve medical care goals.</li><li>Organize, attend, and participate in conferences, meetings and other activities in order to maintain and improve the quality of care provided</li><li>in the clinic.</li><li>Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments</li><li>through improving clinical/technical knowledge, skills, and expertise.</li><li>Review clinic performance records from time to time, checking for productivity and identifying the loopholes that are hindering high level</li><li>of performance, and taking measures to put things for better results.</li><li>Inspects clinic facilities, facilitate quality improvement procedures, and replace worn out facilities with new ones for better service provision to</li><li>patients.</li><li>Implement infection control procedures as part of organizational</li><li>policies and maintain good hygiene culture in the clinic.</li></ol><p>11. Establish professional therapeutic relationships with patients.</p><p>12. Elicit and synthesize accurate and relevant information, incorporating</p><p>the perspectives of patients.</p><p>13.Document and share written and electronic information about the medical encounter to optimize clinical decision-making, patient safety, confidentiality, and privacy.</p><p>14.Maintain good relationships with other healthcare organizations and regulatory bodies.</p><p>15. Ensure that clinic staff adhere to local laws in administering treatments. 16. Responsible to help create a positive environment and culture that</p><p>enables the Clinic and staff to work harmoniously and in tandem with the Company’s mission and goals.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Experience</p><p> Qualification –Must be a medical graduate from an accredited medical college or university with MD. Degree / Certification from US / UK / Australia will be an advantage.</p><p> Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology is an added advantage.</p><p> Nationality: US, UK, Australian, Russia, Ukraine, Poland and other CIS</p><p>countries.</p><p> Spoken Arabic is an advantage but not must. </p><p> Should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience post</p><p>specialization in dermatology / cosmetology.</p><p> Must have strong experience of various aesthetic procedures such as</p><p>injection of Fillers and Botox, Skin Booster, Hyaluronic Acid, Peels, Mesotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Microdermabrasion, Cryolipolysis, Laser & Plexr, Morpheus8, CO2 laser, tattoo removal laser, Clear and brilliant laser, etc.</p><p> Have previous experience of setting up cosmetic dermatology clinic including services and operational procedures.</p><p> Proactive after care approach towards the clients.</p><p> Direct communications skills, pre & post procedures with the clients. Charismatic personality, patient-centered approach, and high level of</p><p>professionalism.</p><p> Should keep tab of all latest trends in beauty treatments.</p><p> Should display professional approach with impeccable integrity, dependability and strong sense and desire to work in a trust-based and team driven environment.</p><p> Must have proven written and verbal communication skills along with ability to be a proactive and contributory member of a highly professional and motivated management team.</p><p> Candidate should have Instagram page and followers base. He / She is apt in promoting in social media.</p>
