Meet with Julien Walid Goudiard, Head of PDS EMEA at JLL<p><br></p><strong>Role Purpose </strong><p><br></p>We are currently looking for a Deputy Program Director across a large program in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating high levels of project and program leadership, including client and stakeholder engagement, robust commercial knowledge and a deep understanding of managing multi-faceted, complex schemes from start to finish.<p><br></p><strong>What This Job Involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Program Leadership for a scheme comprising multiple standalone major projects. </li><li>Responsible for the planning, structuring, leading and delivery of this multi-billion dollar program of work containing standalone as well as integrated projects and sub-projects. </li><li>Provides strategic leadership linking the client drivers, our business objectives and the project needs. </li><li>Oversees the program of projects from early design phase through to successful completion, managing a diverse team at all levels, taking responsibility for overall delivery. </li><li>Demonstrating strong diplomacy skills in managing complex stakeholders and consultants. </li><li>Supporting core business values in delivery of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence. </li><li>Leading from the front on all matters of Health, Safety and Wellbeing. </li><li>Managing resource allocation, mobilization and demobilization, ensuring the right people are in the right positions. </li><li>Creating a culture of accountability and ownership of projects in the program. Empowering project leads to deliver projects. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Sounds like you?
