<p><strong>Job Outline</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>· <strong>To manage operational performance and productivity in an efficient and cost-effective manner.</strong></p><p>· <strong>To deliver performance against set KPIs and targets.</strong></p><p>· <strong>Responsible for Operations of Selected Branches in KSA.</strong></p><p>· <strong>New Project Development Assistance and Product Development.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Preparation of Standard Operation Manual.</p><p>· Preparation of Training Manual for employees.</p><p>· Development of full system and written procedures pertaining to Operations departments.</p><p>· Development of a complete system of Operations.</p><p>· Ensuring Implementation and adherence to general departmental policies.</p><p>· Establishing standards and procedures.</p><p>· Ensure clear direction of the job functions.</p><p>· Organizing operations and procedures.</p><p>· Ensuring Legal and Ethical operations.</p><p>· Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.</p><p>· Acting as an administrator for smooth operations</p><p>· Responsible for the Operations lead of a team and for the delivery of the overall operational & sales targets.</p><p>· To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations.</p><p>· Ensure delivery of Client KPIs/Sales targets including day-to-day service levels,</p><p>· Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team.</p><p>· Succession planning will be in place to ensure key roles are filled and individual talent is recognized.</p><p>· To have a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place.</p><p>· Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements.</p><p>· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships</p><p>· Successfully delivering and managing peak customer period.</p><p>· Raising requisitions for general operational expenses.</p><p>· Managing Operational Inventory as per company-set standards, policy & procedures.</p><p>· Liaise or act as a bridge between departments to arbitrate and resolve the issue.</p><p>· Monitoring and verification that whether the record-keeping, as per departmental policies are being adhered to.</p><p>· Responsible for safeguarding all company operational current and fixed assets.</p><p>· Development of Market opportunities.</p><p>· Coordinating with each department manager in smooth operations of their department.</p><p>· Responsible for effectively, arranging and managing parties including handling and deputation of efficient staff.</p><p>· Ensuring top performance for client servicing.</p><p>· Ensuring achievement of organizational goals.</p><p>· Ensuring Smooth IT Operations.</p><p>· Promotion of Company profile.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A. Qualifications, Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>1. Candidate should be a Graduate of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).</p><p>2. Fresh Graduate or experience up to 1-2 years.</p><p>3. Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</p><p>4. Active guy with the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.</p><p>5. This role requires a commitment to the continuous improvement of staff performance.</p><p>6. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business instructions.</p><p>7. Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers and guests.</p><p>8. Possess excellent reasoning and decision-making skills.</p>
