We offer solutions to tomorrow’s challenges.<br><br><strong>Where Do You Fit In?<br><br></strong>The purpose of this role is to have the ownership of developing the standard operation processes in line with the Airfield Ground Lighting Systems Regulation requirements.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics</li><li>Identify and analyze business processes to be improved</li><li>Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification.</li><li>Implementation of Honeywell standard procedures at the airport in line with the Regulatory requirements. </li><li>Attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication &amp; work closely with the AGL manager to implement service procedures.</li><li>Promoting the implementation of best practices.</li><li>Ensuring the management for proper AGL records both onsite and offsite</li><li>Ensure Zero audit deviations<br></li></ul><strong><u>Knowledge And Skills<br></u></strong><ul><li>Minimum Domain Experience – 10 years</li><li>Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics is preferable</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li><li>Analyze operating data and statistics to identify </li><li>Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal &amp; Written)</li><li>Excellent problem solver and ability to understand impacts of actions</li><li>Understands Airfield Solutions:<br></li></ul>Airfield Lighting (AFL) / Airfield, Ground Lighting (AGL), Airport Operational Database, (AODB), Advanced Surface Movement, Guidance and Control System, Automatic Weather Observation System (AWOS), Category of Operation (CAT), Control &amp; Monitoring System (CMS), Controller Working Positions (CWPs), Electronic Flight Progress Strip System (EFPS), Flight Information Systems (FIS), Ground, Movement Radar (GMR), Ground Traffic Management (GTM), Instrument Landing System (ILS), Meteorological System (MET), Runway Visual Range (RVR) etc.,<br><br>Additional Information<br><ul><li>JOB ID: HRD198835</li><li>Category: Customer Experience</li><li>Location: Prince Sultan Road, Khalideyyah,P.O Box 53335,Jeddah,MAKKAH,21583,Saudi Arabia</li><li>Exempt</li></ul><li></li> Global (ALL)
