<strong>TITLE – Depot Project Manager</strong><p><br></p><strong>Location – Jeddah, Jeddah 22233, Saudi Arabia</strong><p><br></p><strong>LEVEL – Mid-Level</strong><p><br></p><strong><strong>Note: Applicant must be resident of Saudi Arabia or PR Holder.</strong> </strong><p><br></p><strong>TRAVEL REQUIRED – Up to 20% of the time</strong><p><br></p><strong>SALARY MAXIMUM – </strong><strong>369,300.00</strong><p><br></p><strong>Must-Haves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications</li><li>Minimum Five years of experience in Power generation or other related fields</li><li>Holding managerial role for the last 2-3 years</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Nice-To-Haves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Has extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field or both</li><li>Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business</li><li>Fluent command of English language, spoken and written</li><li>Experience in Service Mobility ERP System is desired</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Purpose of the Job:</strong><p><br></p>To manage a site based service team providing maximum availability of equipment at all times being maintained and serviced in line with Aggreko policies and procedures, and to provide a first class service to all customers. From project award through to demobilisation ensuring the projects are delivered , operated and resourced inline with budgeted forecasts.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain continues power production to the end user by ensuring all Aggreko assets are available at all times</li><li>Manage project operational expenditure inline with pre-determined project cost allocation</li><li>Proactively manage manpower planning to ensure maximum productivity is achieved with the resources</li><li>available throughout all the project sites</li><li>Manage the execution of regular maintenance and servicing of all equipment in accordance with Aggreko</li><li>service procedures</li><li>Complete regular equipment and site installation audits across given project sites to ensure sites are in line with</li><li>Aggreko standards this encompasses – Fleet Performance , QHSE , Reliability, Audits but not limited to</li><li>Complete weekly/monthly reports for daily site operational activities, detailing power production , completion</li><li>of preventative maintenance and non – availability of equipment</li><li>Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data and resources and</li><li>communicate to Area Service Manager where unable to resolve</li><li>Ensure that the commissioning & decommissioning of sites are following Aggreko standards and BOP’s</li><li>Demonstrate adherence to ERP inventory level defined for the project</li><li>React effectively to technical support of site equipment breakdowns in timely manner in and out of working</li><li>hours when required</li><li>Act as a single point of contact for the duration of the project and manage project expectations by effectively</li><li>timely and clearly communicate project expectations to all relevant stakeholders</li><li>Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential project issues & crisis and devise mitigation or</li><li>contingency plans in coordination with relevant department involve</li><li>Commitment to and involvement in Aggreko on-site GSCS initiatives</li><li>Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of direct reports</li><li>Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities</li><li>Aggreko places a strong emphasis on Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental protection.
