Job Description

The departmental coordinator will be responsible and accountable for the following:

• Project Number Forms (Obtain Project Number from DC and prepare forms to be signed by DoD)

• Drafting Letters and Emails.

• Meeting Notes (to support team members by taking notes and preparing minutes)

• Maintain and update Proposal To-Do List and follow up on tasks.

• Support team with Business Development tracker and reports.

• Calendar coordination (coordinate with team internally regarding pre-tender meetings and other appointments).

• CV preparation(Translation to Arabic) to support Proposal and Bids team.

• Bid Bond Reminders – Follow-up with accounts

• Schedule meetings and update time sheets and calendars.

• MDS forms to DC and Translating documents when required.

Skills

  • 5 years experience in administration and support.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Preference for Bilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Time management and Coordination.
