Summary
Assists in providing administrative and professional support for Human Capital day-to-day operations of the
assigned area.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Types manuscripts, reports and all forms of departmental correspondence as required.
2. Maintains records of technical information, extracted or compete according to a prescribed filing system.
3. Answers telephone, takes and relays messages, makes appointments, assists in sorting and dispatching the mail, arranges meetings and deals with routing queries.
4. Provides administrative support for all department staff with office activities of the assigned area.
5. Maintains confidentiality of information and correspondence.
Education
Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or other related discipline or high school education is required.
Experience Required
Grade 05:
No experience with Associate Degree/Diploma, or one (1) year of related experience
with high School education required.
Grade 06:
One (1) year of related experience with Associate Degree/Diploma, or two (2) year
of related experience with high School education required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Saudi National is Preferred.
