Eblal is hiring a Dental Sales Representative in Northern Iraq.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepares and delivers sales contracts for orders and obtaining deposits of payment from clients.
- Collaborates and coordinates effectively with customers to uplift trade marketing execution to assure positive customer evaluation.
- Makes solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
- Communicates between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Stays informed about the activities of health services in a particular area. Submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports with sales and financial data.
- Keeps good relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Maintains and updates customer’s data on a regular basis.
- Attends and organizes trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Helps with any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Engineering, or Biology.
- High English level.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Owns a car (Valid driver’s license).
- Sales experiences preferred.
