Job Description

Eblal is hiring a Dental Sales Representative in Northern Iraq.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepares and delivers sales contracts for orders and obtaining deposits of payment from clients.
  • Collaborates and coordinates effectively with customers to uplift trade marketing execution to assure positive customer evaluation.
  • Makes solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
  • Communicates between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
  • Stays informed about the activities of health services in a particular area. Submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports with sales and financial data.
  • Keeps good relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Maintains and updates customer’s data on a regular basis.
  • Attends and organizes trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Helps with any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Engineering, or Biology.
  • High English level.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Owns a car (Valid driver’s license).
  • Sales experiences preferred.
  • Team player
