? Greet, welcome guests, and provide them with a positive first impression of the clinic
? Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area
? Document and communicate various actions, irregularities, and continuing needs and billing
? Schedule appointments and keep those appointments on time
? Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
