<p><span>HAPI is a well-known fast casual dining restaurant, with an ice cream shop and coffee bar – located in Al Khazzan Solar Park.</span></p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Demi Chef de Partie Pastry</strong> to join our central production kitchen team. As a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of pastries and ice cream products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of related experience in the preparation of pastry and ice cream in Hospitality/Food &amp; Beverage establishments such as cafes and restaurants.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Prepare a variety of pastries and ice cream products in a central production kitchen</p><p>• Ensure all products are of the highest quality and consistency</p><p>• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations</p><p>• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation</p><p>• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in the preparation of pastry and ice cream in Hospitality/Food &amp; Beverage establishments such as cafes and restaurants</p><p>• Strong knowledge of pastry and ice cream techniques and methods</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge and understanding of baking techniques and methods</p><p>• Ability to follow recipes and prepare a variety of pastries and ice cream products</p><p>• Ability to create a range of pastries and ice cream products with unique and creative flavors</p><p>• Knowledge of current trends in pastry and ice cream production</p><p>• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards</p><p>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks</p><p>• Strong communication and teamwork skills</p><p>• Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a passionate and experienced Demi Chef de Partie Pastry looking to join a dynamic team in a central production kitchen, we would love to hear from you.</p>
