Job Description

  • Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work.
  • Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen.
  • Actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions.
  • Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy.
  • Maintain Health & Safety standards.
  • Control food stock and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for culinary arts.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
