Demand & Supply Planning Manager
Job Description
<p><span>As a Demand and Supply Planning Manager at Suplyd , you will be responsible for developing and executing demand and supply plans for our business. This includes forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with the vendor management team to ensure that we have the right amount of product on hand to meet customer demand.</span></p><br><p><span>Key Responsibilities</span></p><br><ul><br><li><br><p><span>Develop, implement and ensure continuous improvement of the company’s S&OP process.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Develop and execute demand and supply plans that support the company’s growth goals.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Monitor and report on the performance of the supply chain.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Forecast demand for our products using historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the right amount of product on hand to meet customer demand.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Coordinate with the vendor management team to ensure that we have reliable supply sources.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of our demand and supply planning function.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Work with other members of the supply chain team to ensure that we are meeting our customer service goals.</span></p><br></li><br><li> </li><br></ul><br><p><span>Qualifications</span></p><br><ul><br><li><br><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in the e-commerce industry.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</span></p><br></li><br><li><br><p><span>Experience with demand planning software is a plus.</span></p><br></li><br></ul><br><p><span>If you are a highly motivated and experienced Demand and Supply Planning professional with a passion for the F&B industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</span></p>
