<strong>Your Job</strong><p><br></p>Guardian Glass is looking for a <strong>Demand Planner</strong> to join in 10th of ramadan in Sharqia (Egypt).<p><br></p><strong>What You Will Do</strong><p><br></p>This position supports the sales &amp; operations planning area by managing data related to the Demand. The consistency and accuracy of this data is crucial since it guides the integrated sales &amp; operations plan.<p><br></p><strong>S&amp;OP Scope</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Knowledge of demand planning techniques.</li><ul><li>Understand and evaluate statistical results of Guardian planning tools, being able to correct/adjust to improve statistical forecast results.</li></ul><li>Market and product portfolio knowledge.</li><ul><li>Relate to market strategy for the respective</li><li>Market and potential commercial actions that would influence the demand.</li><li>Have a good view of Long-Term agreements to evaluate the demand.</li><li>Project overview/understand based on Sales Force information, to ensure expected demand is part of the consensus plan. </li></ul><li>Prepare the demand plan. </li><ul><li>Use different sources of demand to prepare the indicative plan for sales revision. </li></ul><li>Lead the Consensus meeting. </li><ul><li>Plan, lead and drive the discussion on the monthly consensus meeting for internal customers.</li><li>Influence and collaborate with commercial leader, challenging to get to a rolling volume forecast with proper assumptions and potential risks/opportunities. </li></ul><li>Coordinate constrains adjustments / decisions.</li><ul><li>Apply right constrains/reallocation or other based in the supply planning input during the monthly scenarios build up in agreement with commercial team.</li></ul><li>Understand the economic value of the forecast and its changes.</li><ul><li>Be able to also connect de forecast value, understanding strategic priorities for products and customers following the region strategic plan.</li></ul><li>KPI monitoring and improvement actions.</li><ul><li>Use the Forecast accuracy KPI as source for action in the demand revision process. </li></ul><li>S&amp;OP Meetings</li><ul><li>Preparation of Demand information for Pre and Executive meeting, as well participating on those meetings, leading demand discussion. <br><br></li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong>S&amp;OE Scope</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitor order booking x forecast.</li><ul><li>Monitor order entry to ensure proper demand allocation (plant – product).</li><li>Capture and analyze demand signal, understanding trends and coordinate necessary corrections to demand in the short-term connecting with Master planning team.</li></ul><li>S&amp;OE Demand weekly routine</li><ul><li>Coordinate and execute the weekly demand review process.</li><li>Constrains or reallocation in coordination with Master planner indication and agreement with commercial team.</li></ul><li>Evaluate short term opportunities.</li><ul><li>Be the main point of contact to evaluate additional opportunities and or non-planned demand (for a customer /product) to understand economical trade off and/or reject sales.<br><br></li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supply Chain – Planning knowledge</li><li>Advance Excel knowledge</li><li>Power BI</li><li>Proficient English speaking, writing</li><li>Other Microsoft applications (word, ppt)</li><li>Strong customer focus and critical thinking skills.
