G42 Cloud has also deployed thousands of AI enabled GPUs, one of the largest deployments in the world, allowing its engineers to develop and deploy machine learning solutions directly to their customers.<br><br>We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Demand Manager. The successful candidate will own and manage the Demand and Service Catalogue management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the demand for IT services and ensuring the alignment of IT services with business needs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive service catalogue to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of the offered services.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Key responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Define the process objectives and mission.</li><li>Optimize the process design.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end Demand and Service Catalogue management processes execution.</li><li>Set and monitor performance targets to measure the effectiveness of the Demand and Service Catalogue management processes: define and track KPIs, communicate performance with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Plan and manage process improvement opportunities collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with other process managers to ensure the seamless integration of demand management and service catalogue management with other IT service management processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for Demand and Service Catalogue management processes, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.</li><li>Facilitate communication and awareness of Demand Management and Service Catalogue management processes and procedures with stakeholders.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to IT staff and business stakeholders on the Demand and Service Catalogue Management processes including policies, procedures, and work instructions.</li><li>Facilitate the prioritization and approval of new demand</li><li>Facilitate Demand Management committee.</li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive service catalogue, ensuring accuracy and completeness.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>10+ years experience in IT Operations/Support with 5+ year’s experience in IT service management, with a focus on demand management and service catalogue management.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.</li><li>ITIL Foundation certification is required, with a preference for additional ITIL Intermediate or Expert level certifications.</li><li>Experience with cloud services and products would be as advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other process owners and stakeholders.</li></ul>
