Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Create compelling marketing content to attract and engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads through phone and email conversations, and determine their readiness to engage with our sales team.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are effectively handed off and tracked through the sales pipeline.
  • Continuously optimize lead generation processes and strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of Microsoft and Odoo ERP and business solutions preferred
