<p><span>Atomica seeks an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join the marketing team responsible for promoting our AI software products to dentists globally, focusing on the US and European markets. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>This person should have expertise in designing and executing successful demand generation and ABM programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, try new ideas, move quickly, and help the company grow.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Develop compelling multi-channel campaigns to support the demand generation needs of our products.</span></li><li><span>Build a consistent feedback loop to improve marketing campaigns.</span></li><li><span>Broadcast our product teamβs newest innovations to generate demand within our prospect database and within the marketing and sales market.</span></li><li><span>Establish intimate knowledge of our marketing leads database to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist within the database.</span></li><li><span>Understand where Dental Professionals are getting their information today and build partnerships, co-marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to run campaigns that capture new leads into the database.</span></li><li><span>Measure and analyze dashboards to understand where opportunities for further optimization and engagement exist.</span></li><li><span>Ownership over demand generation lanes such as email marketing and direct mail.</span></li><li><span>Ability to forecast and manage a budget independently.</span></li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li><span>5 years of marketing experience</span></li><li><span>3 years of demand generation/campaigns experience</span></li><li><span>Experience implementing end-to-end demand-generation programs</span></li><li><span>Proficient at campaign reporting and analysis</span></li><li><span>Experience partnering with sales and onboarding teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns </span></li><li><span>Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives and hit timelines</span></li><li><span>Proficient with Hubspot and other marketing technologies</span></li><li><span>Excellent written communication, organization, time-management, process, and project-management skills</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
