NEOM will be a hub for innovation, where established global businesses and emerging players can research, incubate, and commercialize groundbreaking technologies to accelerate human progress.<p><br></p>Support the Health Planning team in developing and implementing a fully integrated health and wellbeing system for NEOM pioneers and future residents and visitors aligned with NEOM’s vision.<p><br></p>The analyst has the active role in performing advanced analytics related to the health system planning to develop projections based on demand and capacity models.<p><br></p>The analyst is responsible for performing analytics and technical support to capture data and compile reports, to project trends and to analyze demand, capacity, and performance of the evolving healthcare system components.<p><br></p>The individual works very closely with the rest of the sector and formulates requirements and expectations on assets, equipment, and technical solutions. The individual will actively liaise with other relevant sectors during the development stage of masterplans and asset design projects.<p><br></p><strong> Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support in the development the projections of demand and capacity of the healthcare system </li><li> Assist and prepare output presentation of the analytics performed </li><li> Prepare requirements on assets and digital infrastructure based on forecasted demands for health and wellbeing services </li><li> Assist in reassessments of targets and implementation plans accordingly to new and/or changed master plans </li><li> Support in the management and delivery of sector projects, as required, </li><li> Support in the preparation reports for leadership on the current and forecasted progress/completion of key assets and initiatives, with executive levels insights on key assets, requirements, and risks </li><li> Plan and lead assigned tasks and projects, and proactively monitor and mitigate risks </li><li> Provide periodic reports regarding project progress, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans </li><li> Actively take part of and contribute in workshops and activities related to health system design activities </li><li> Support on administrative tasks as required for contract management </li><li> Assist in developing scope of work documents to support new contract establishment or renewal of existing contracts </li><li> Support in monitoring and evaluation of contract delivery and project performance </li><li> Support in all external communications activities (incl. internal/external marketing of the sector, maintaining promotional materials, developing strategic communications, etc.) </li><li> Support in sector or division meetings, preparing meeting inputs (identifying discussion points, etc) and gathering input and feedback during and after meeting as it relates to strategy, planning, risks, etc. </li><li> Collate stakeholders’ feedback on issues, challenges and unmet requirements and develop action plans </li><li> Act as a role model for the sector in interaction with other sectors and departments </li><li> Assist team to perform their operations in accordance with set policies and procedures </li><li> Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s values </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Background, Skills &amp; Qualifications: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 3 – 5 years of experience in Data analytics, Strategy/Consulting, Business analysis, or related </li><li> 2 – 3 years of experience in health sector and healthcare planning </li><li> Relevant experience in formulating strategic and analytical recommendations </li><li> Ability to research, formulate insights, and communicate clearly and concisely (both orally and in writing) </li><li> Needs to have proven experience of independently managing workloads </li><li> A bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, applied mathematics, Finance/economics, Management information systems or Business Administration, Medicine, (or equivalent) is required </li><li> Master’s in public health, business administration, medicine or related topics is beneficial</li></ul>
