We are developing recognized expertise in the recruitment of rare talents in tight sectors (IT and medical in particular).</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently seeking for a Service Delivery Manager ( H/F) in order to join our teams in Tunis and support our client’s activity.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Managing Technical Operations with onsite team members and offsite Centralised Technical Operations.</li><li>Be responsible for all Tech Ops activities for the customer.</li><li>Collaborate with GCS and Centralised Tech Ops Team on various CVM Actionable.</li><li>Providing consultation to Customer, Engg, and Support teams on various requirements.</li><li>Handling customer meetings &amp; weekly Governances</li><li>Understanding new requirements for CVM products.</li><li>Collaboration with customers for scoping of CRs</li><li>Collaboration with various engineering teams for technical solutions, effort and plan</li><li>Collaboration with BD for Technical Proposals for RFP, Non-RFPs, CRs, Applications, hardware upgrades, and migration/replacement proposals.</li><li>Creating high-level project plans for RFPs, CRs, and Applications</li><li> Creating Migration Strategy, scope, and plan</li><li>Defining Project deliverables, acceptance, and exit criteria for projects</li><li>Defining project deliverables</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience and strong understanding of Customer Value Management ;</li><li>Hardware and solutions expertise</li><li>Know how technologies like Linux, Kafka, Postgress, Oracle, Tomcat</li><li>Expertise in handling application and database security is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work environment :</strong></p><ul><li>Permenant contract.</li><li>International context</li><li>Remuneration according to experience + interesting package</li></ul>
