<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p><p>We are calling visionary and accomplished professionals to serve as the <strong>Dean of Faculty of Commerce & Business Administration</strong> in esteemed newly established University in New Capital. As the Dean, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of the faculty, including academic programs, faculty development, student success, and industry partnerships. Your extensive knowledge of commerce and business administration, combined with your exceptional leadership and management skills, will be instrumental in advancing the faculty’s reputation and fostering a culture of excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>路 Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Faculty of Commerce & Business Administration, aligning academic programs with industry needs and emerging trends.</p><p>路 Foster an environment of academic excellence, promoting innovative teaching methodologies, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration among faculty members.</p><p>路 Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the reputation and rankings of the faculty, both nationally and internationally.</p><p>路 Oversee the development, review, and enhancement of curriculum and academic programs, ensuring their alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.</p><p>路 Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and highly qualified faculty members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collegial and inclusive work environment.</p><p>路 Champion student success initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and graduation rates, while promoting a supportive learning environment and opportunities for experiential learning.</p><p>路 Cultivate relationships with industry partners, professional organizations, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration, internships, and career placement opportunities for students.</p><p>路 Manage the faculty’s budget, allocating resources effectively and responsibly to support academic programs, faculty development, research, and student support services.</p><p>路 Ensure compliance with academic policies, standards, and accreditation requirements, and oversee the assessment and continuous improvement of academic programs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>路 PhD in a relevant discipline within commerce or business administration.</p><p>路 Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic setting, preferably as a department chair, program director, or in a similar leadership role.</p><p>路 Strong understanding of current trends and challenges in commerce and business administration education, including emerging areas such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.</p><p>路 Proven ability to lead and inspire faculty, staff, and students, fostering a culture of academic excellence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.</p><p>路 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders, build partnerships, and advocate for the faculty’s vision and goals.</p><p>路 A track record of successful collaboration with industry partners, professional organizations, and alumni networks.</p><p>路 Knowledge of accreditation standards and processes relevant to commerce and business administration programs is an advantage.</p><p><br></p><p>Join our dynamic institution as the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce & Business Administration and contribute to shaping future business leaders.
