We deliver deep strategic, commercial and operational insights to help clients think through investment/divestment decisions about businesses. We advise our clients on critical operational and transformational challenges, and evaluate business plans and company strategies against market performance and competitor strength, to deliver a rigorous appraisal of a business’ commercial and operational outlook. Our main focus is to deliver top strategy-led solutions to our clients.<p><br></p><strong><u>Role Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p>As a Deals Strategy &amp; Operations Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<p><br></p><ul><li>Solving clients’ problems by structuring analysis, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development</li><li>Providing strategic and operational advice for our clients, with focus on pre-deal work</li><li>Supporting clients (private and public sector) in their localization efforts through value chain analysis, identification of investment opportunities and conduction of feasibility studies </li><li>Developing market assessment, commercial due diligence, business plan and corporate strategy for clients in the Industrials sector</li><li>Overseeing the successful delivery of projects, which may include multiple projects at a time, while leading a team of 3-4 consultants </li><li>Managing the client relationship on a day-to-day basis and other stakeholders</li><li>Managing project budget, reporting on project costs, and managing payment collection</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Relevant experience within the M&amp;A space, preferably from a professional services background</li><li>Successful when leading teams and delivering projects through to completion</li><li>Familiar with the overall M&amp;A process</li><li>Proven experience of coaching junior team members</li><li>Keen to build collaborative working relationships at all levels, establishing credibility both, internally with senior management, and externally with our clients</li><li>Strong time management and organizing skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Confident communicator and can deliver messages with impact to a wide variety of audiences</li><li>Participated in conducting business plans</li><li>Completed market research for large size organizations</li><li>Keen to leverage technology enabled and digital tools to achieve efficient delivery for our clients</li><li>Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers</li><li>Your flexibility to travel 40%-60% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
