<p>Join us as an experienced DCB Account Manager! You’ll drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships in the dynamic world of Direct Carrier Billing (DCB). Manage and expand relationships, maximize revenue, and navigate the evolving DCB landscape. Be the primary point of contact for partners and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Join our Ecosystems team and lead with our cutting-edge billing platform.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Responsibilities:</em></p><p><br></p><p>● Working to enhance the profit of the mobile value-added services (mVAS).</p><p>● Testing on a weekly basis the mobile payment flow.</p><p>● Monitoring&nbsp;the marketing guideline&nbsp;of services/products performance, identifying areas for subscription sales improvement, and ensuring advertising compliance.</p><p>● Studying and monitoring the ROI and profitability of campaigns.</p><p>● Collaborating with the technical team and service providers (or mobile operators).</p><p>● Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes related to the international market of mVAS services.</p><p>● Preparing commercial reports and business cases.</p><p>● Delivering reports to the head of department (HOD) and top management.</p><p>● Collaborating with the HOD to set short-term and long-term departmental goals.</p><p>● Monitoring running campaigns and the performance of Mobile Arts services.</p><p>● Managing and developing Mobile Arts services upon request and need.</p><p>● Identifying issues and reporting to the proper teams.</p><p>● Collaborating with different parties to create the budget for our services expansions.</p><p>● Recommending solutions to improve profitability.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Key Requirements:</em></p><p><br></p><p>● BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, or Business Information System</p><p>● Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience in the required competencies.</p><p>● Proficiency in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products such as power point and Excel).</p><p>● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</p><p>● Great attention to detail.</p><p>● Organizational skills.</p><p>● Analytical skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Join our innovative team to elevate your career with Mobile Arts, and share with us your cv on hr@mobileartsme.com</p><p><br></p>
