<p><strong><u>Data Privacy Specialist</u></strong></p><p><strong>Role Profile:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluate the existing data protection framework and identify areas of non or partial compliance and rectify any issues.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for all processes.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Promote a culture of data protection compliance across all units of the organization.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct Privacy by Design assessments (PDA) for all new projects/tools/processes.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate, develop, implement and run a range of privacy awareness trainings &amp; campaigns.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Apply all needed monitoring checkpoints across all teams &amp; functions.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct the needed Privacy technical assessment for all data breach cases.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct the needed vendor assessments during the onboarding stage.</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred Computer Science &amp; Engineering).</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least 1-year experience in technology field or telecom industry.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience within a Data Privacy, legal, audit and/or risk function department is an asset (preferred but not mandatory).</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong stakeholder management skills.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive and confidential information.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluency in English language.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid 70% from Site – 30% from home</li><li>Shifts: 9 to 5</li><li>Days Off: Fri / Sat</li><li>Location: Smart Village</li></ul><p><br></p>
