By combining creativity, tech and data insights, we empower our customers to transform their business and unlock the future.<br><br> <br><br>With 25 years’ experience and more than 8,500 employees across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Devoteam promotes responsible tech for people and works to create better change.<br><br> <br><br>Creative tech for Better Change.<br><br><u>http://www.devoteam.com<br></u> <br> <br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong> <ul><li>Ensure that client policies are in compliance with codes of practice such as PDPL (Personal Data Protection Low)</li><li>Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with the organization’s key stakeholders</li><li>Inform and advise the data controller or data processor on all matters related to data protection</li><li>Promote a culture of data protection and compliance across all units of the organization</li><li>Conduct audits to ensure compliance and to address potential issues</li><li>Maintain records of all data processing activities of the company</li><li>Serve as point of contact for data protection authorities</li></ul> <br> <br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or information Management from a recognized and approved program.</li><li>Knowledge of industry-leading data governance and data management practices.</li><li>Have practical track records in data privacy practices, business and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches.</li><li>CDMP Certified</li><li>CIPP certification is a plus</li></ul>
