Working on both the African and international scales, our team consists of over 100 multidisciplinary consultants (consultants in digital transformation, developers, project managers, data and cyber security experts) working on enriching and innovative projects.<br><br>Working at Devoteam encompasses:<br><ul><li>Appreciating our partners’ expertise in technologies such as Google, Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, which we use to implement solutions for our clients.</li><li>Evolving within an international organization that supports your career development with tailored training and certification programs.</li><li>Joining a specialized team, accompanied(ed) by a local manager who will advise you in your decisions and encourage interactions with your pairings.</li><li>Growing in a company that challenges its teams by being nimble and ambitious, adapting to individual and collective success.<br><br><br></li></ul> <br> <br> <br><strong>Description du poste<br><br></strong> <ul><li>Design &amp; implement the data governance framework and operating model and roles and responsibilities.</li><li>Design &amp; implement the data governance process workflows</li><li>Conduct requirement gathering, business analysis, and any data architecture activities with the data governance</li><li>Participate in the data maturity assessment sessions and gap analysis. – Participate in alignment with EA teams and data strategy across the organization.</li><li>Coordinate with the project teams and others to ensure that data standards and models align with the overall enterprise architecture and applicable standards.</li><li>Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and data quality, develop related processes and procedures, and establish a common understanding and visibility of all agency data assets.</li><li>Develop a strong working relationship with the appropriate business users and provide business-impact-driven analysis and communicate results to stakeholders.</li></ul> <br> <br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong> <ul><li>Bacholers degree in IT or business administration or any related majors </li><li>DAMA, Informatica, Collibra certificates </li><li>Good level in english </li></ul>
