Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Associate to clean data from various CRM databases to sheets.<p><br></p>The data will come in various forms, all need to be standardized and formatted.<p><br></p>The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a HUGE keen eye for detail, this means consistency. You will report to the Data Science Manager and COO.<p><br></p>Understanding data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through digital database, sheets.<p><br></p>The right candidate will help us move our data cleansing from Sheets to Big Query. The right individual will be a level 7-8 in Excel formulas with the passion to grow in the position by delivering value with their data analysis and data storytelling abilities.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Cleanse and format data provided directly from CRM systems into Google DRIVE </li><li>Verify data by comparing it to source documents </li><li>Update existing data </li><li>Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested </li><li>Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation </li><li>Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost </li><li>Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes </li><li>Create reports from data entered </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a data entry clerk </li><li>Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred </li><li>Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel </li><li>etc.) </li><li>Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices </li><li>Basic understanding of databases </li><li>Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills </li><li>Great attention to detail </li><li>Ability to tell a story with the data </li><li>Able to interpret data and verbalize pattern recognition </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A great American work environment and a fun team to collaborate with </li><li>Regular team-building events (check our page for an overview) </li><li>Continuous learning opportunities thanks to Qores development program </li><li>Other benefits to be discussed later in the process </li></ul><p><br></p>If youre up for the challenge, please attach an <strong><u>ENGLISH</u></strong> CV.<p><br></p>
