<p><strong><u>Allocation and Inventory Control Assistant</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Location:</u></strong><u>&nbsp;</u>Jounieh/Harissa- Lebanon</p><p>Capelli Sport / USA partnered with Fact Universal S.A.L. a Lebanese company that service and run our back offices in the United States, Germany, China and the MENA region.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a reliable Allocation and Inventory Control Assistant.</p><p>** English language must be extremely proficient (Verbal, Reading, and Writing)</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities &amp; Requirements</u></strong></p><ol><li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word</li><li>Highly organized and detailed-oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Eagerness to learn new skills</li><li>Keen written, verbal and electronic communication skills</li><li>Ability to be a team player and foster a commitment to teamwork with other associates</li><li>Candidate must have accurate data entry skills for entering orders.</li><li>Good follow up skills and attention to detail a must.</li><li>General office duties.</li><li>Able to take direction and willing to work alone if needed.</li><li>Be able to work flexible hours &amp; multi-task.</li><li>Provide resolution for all inventory-related problems that may arise </li><li>Perform, confirm, and resolve all cycle count discrepancies on a daily basis</li><li>Ensure proper transactions are done in processing of sales orders and other documents</li><li>Interact and communicate daily with the warehouse and production personnel concerning inventory discrepancies</li><li>Run Inventory data reports</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Candidate should be willing to work based on American Standard Eastern Time zone. This is not a remote position.
