<strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong><p><br></p><strong> Strategy & Leadership Activities </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supports Director of CPD in strategy creation by providing relevant insights, facilitating working sessions, and documenting results </li><li> Leads selected assigned strategic initiatives as project manager </li><li> Defines, reviews and requests approval of Unit’s budget requirement </li><li> Develops and continuously updates data management guidelines and procedures to ensure that conducted enforcement actions are following ‘best in class’ principles and techniques </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Operational Activities </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Builds and manages CPD strategic initiative project plan, monitors progress, identifies deviations from plan and corresponding impacts </li><li> Contributes to the establishment of budgets, timelines, and development plans for strategic initiatives </li><li> Manages day-to-day delivery and operations of strategic initiatives (e.g., development of additional Consumer Protection Laws and Regulations on e-commerce) </li><li> Analyses root causes of performance issues and suggests corrective actions as well as improvement opportunities </li><li> Identifies opportunities to continuously improve processes and links with process owners to identify, drive and implement improvements </li><li> Conducts research and analysis on topics such as market trends, consumer behaviour, emerging technologies, and new consumer protection topics </li><li> Develops dashboards and data visualization to track and evaluate CPD’s performance, and provide periodic performance reports for management review </li><li> Contributes to the development of the consumer protection service catalogue and service delivery model with relevant stakeholders </li><li> Provides support to the Consumer Protection Committee and Taskforces </li><li> Supports in the development of local and cross-border cooperation frameworks (e.g., signing MoU’s, training seminars, and conferences) </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Collaboration </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Supports Director of CPD in collaboration and coordination activities, in terms of facilitating sector, interdepartmental and local coordination and related agreements and collateral material development </li><li> Collaborates and coordinates the formalization of the consumer protection service offering and delivery model with relevant stakeholders </li><li> Facilitates collaborations with other NEOM departments to understand their requirements towards CPD, and translating this information into project requirements </li><li> Communicates with all relevant stakeholders about strategic initiatives and ongoing projects </li><li> Works with each of the CPD Units to develop insights based on dashboards’ data </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Performance & Reporting </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develops and maintains dashboards on CPD’s KPIs related to – but not limited to – initiatives and campaigns, inquiries, complaints, social media listening, digital channels performances </li><li> Delivers robust, performance-driven reporting across the Consumer Protection Department, based on identified KPIs </li><li> Participates in the creation of CPD’s budget, and monitors budget progression against targets </li><li> Analyses budget gaps versus target and works with Units to look for optimization opportunities </li><li> Details business requirements for NEOM IT and or Digital Government to provide reports and updates on systems’ availability, issues and faults that might impact user experience throughout digital channels </li><li> Analyzes reports on users’ feedback collected through dedicated forms to feed into improvement areas and plans </li><li> Ensures the Director of CPD is continuously appraised, in a timely manner, of developments that directly impact the job function </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Qualifications & Requirements: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Required Bachelor’s Degree or preferred Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field </li><li> 3+ years of experience in management consulting or similar role within industry </li><li> Proven experience in data and analytics, as well as project portfolio management / project management / PMO </li><li> Proven experience on transformative projects, innovative and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>
