We are a truly global health partner for our customers, ensuring fast and simple access to the best advice, treatment and value for our customer.<p><br></p>The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cyber security infrastructure, as well as providing expert guidance and support to our cyber security team.<p><br></p>The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cyber security best practices, advanced threat detection and mitigation, and incident response strategies, as well as experience with cloud security, containerization, Web application firewalls, API Gateways, Email Security, Proxy, SIEM, SOC, EDR, DLP, Firewalls, Network Access Control, Terraform, Ansible , IaaC , and other advanced infrastructure as a code technologies. In addition, the candidate will have expertise in transformation, change management, DevOps, DevSecOps , deployments of containers, working with software development and managing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP.<p><br></p>Main Tasks:<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s cyber security strategy including cloud security, containerization, Web application firewall, API Gateways, Email Security, Proxy, SIEM, SOC, EDR, DLP, Firewalls, and Network Access Control.</li><li> Develop and implement advanced threat detection and mitigation strategies to protect the organization’s assets from cyber threats, including cloud-based threats and threats to containerized environments.</li><li> Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate weaknesses in the organization’s cyber security infrastructure, including Web applications, APIs, email systems, and network access points.</li><li> Oversee incident response activities and lead investigations into security incidents, providing expert analysis and guidance to the cyber security team, including the use of SIEM, SOC, EDR, and DLP technologies.</li><li> Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that cyber security considerations are integrated into all technology initiatives, including the use of Network Access Control technologies.</li><li> Provide expert advice and guidance to management on cyber security matters, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.</li><li> Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in cyber security, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the organization’s cyber security posture.</li><li> Provide expertise in transformation and change management, with the ability to manage and drive change initiatives across the organization.</li><li> Drive adoption of DevOps and DevSecOps practices, ensuring alignment with cyber security requirements and policies.</li><li> Act as a change specialist, helping to promote a culture of security awareness and best practices throughout the organization.</li><li> Manage deployments of containers and work with software development teams to ensure containerized applications are secure.</li><li> Manage cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP, ensuring that security measures are integrated into cloud-based systems.</li><li> Design and implement infrastructure as code solutions using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible , and other advanced IaaC technologies.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Behavioral Requirements:<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Strong leadership skills</li><li> Strong communication skills</li><li> Analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li> Adaptability</li><li> Attention to detail.</li><li> Strong work ethic.</li><li> Continuous learning</li><li> Ethical behavior<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Minimum Requirements:<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or experience in related field</li><li> 5+ years of experience in cyber security or a related field</li><li> Experience with cloud security, containerization, Web application firewall, API Gateways, Email Security, Proxy, SIEM, SOC, EDR, DLP, Firewalls, and Network Access Control</li><li> Experience managing cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP</li><li> Experience with advanced infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible , and IaaC</li><li> Knowledge of transformation, change management, DevOps, and DevSecOps</li><li> Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li> Information security training and/or certifications:</li><li> Certified Ethical Hacker</li><li> Security+</li><li> Azure Certifications</li><li> AWS Certifications</li><li> Physically fit to carry out duties</li><li> Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.<br></li></ul>
