Job Description

Role purpose: To run and manage Cyber Security systems and user access control facilities (logical &amp; physical) to ensure that access is authorized according to Vodafone Egypt Security policy.<p><br></p>Key accountabilities and decision ownership<p><br></p><ul><li> Maintain Cyber Security systems availability &amp; ensure resolving issues escalated from first line within the agreed SLA </li><li> Responsible for implementation of bulk user access profiles defined &amp; approved by the production system and data owners </li><li> Responsible for implementing major approved and assigned security request for changes </li><li> Maintain knowledge transfer and documentation of systems on hand.. </li><li> Handles incidents communications within the team and with other teams when necessary </li><li> Escalate issues to vendors and ensure that issue resolve within contact SLA </li></ul><p><br></p>Core competencies, knowledge and experience<p><br></p><ul><li> Interpersonal &amp; communication skills </li><li> Time management skills</li><li> Innovative thinking </li><li> Team player &amp; customer focused </li><li> Logic thinking &amp; takes responsibility </li></ul><p><br></p>Must have technical/ professional qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Computer Science </li><li> Experience 4-5 Years in Technology, including 3 Year as Security Engineer </li><li> Experience in Security Systems / services KPIs maintenance</li><li> Generic / vendor security certificate is preferred (CISSP / CIH / CCNP / F5)</li></ul>
