Job Description

We are actively looking for a Cyber Security Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing and administrating Kalaam’s various security tools and technologies in hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing, implementing &  administrating various security tools and technologies in hybrid environment.
  • Perform daily review on IR tickets and assist SOC team in daily operations.
  • Monitor, review existing operations (SOC and other operations) and suggest for improvement – (Continues Improvement plan)
  • Acting as single point of contact for daily operations as well as for implementation of security products (on group)
  • Responsible for project management & Vendor management by maintaining /reviewing and managing cyber tools across the group.
  • Assist in implementation of compliance such as ISO 27001 Standard, PCI DSS etc. 

Skills, Experience & Qualification

Skills (Technical)

  • In-depth understanding of cyber threats along with extensive knowledge of internet/cyber threats in telecom environment.
  • Hands on experience on security tools such as email security, Firewall, Proxy, endpoint will be an add-on.
  • Good knowledge in threat management like VAPT/ threat hunting.
  • Understanding System security (AD, domain controller), Networking (Router, Switches), Network Security (FW, Proxy) etc. from security aspects is desired for this role.
  • ITIL / ITSM workflow and work process.
  • Knowledge on device level like Firewall, active directory, Proxy etc.
  • Acute understanding in Incident response along with industrial best practices.

 

Skills (Non-Technical)

 

  • Zeal for learning & researching new tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated and attitude of driving any incident till closure.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (English & Arabic).

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Cyber Security

Qualification:

  • Graduate from any stream – preferred from technical side (Bachelor of Engineering) with certification like CEH, CISSP or CISM.
