<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CX Operation Specialist to join our team in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will ensure our customers receive exceptional services and a positive experience while using our telecommunication products. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and be able to work collaboratively with other team members to improve processes and drive success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze and implement the customer support process to ensure that all customers receive timely, high quality and exceptional support</li><li>Monitor and resolve customer complaints utilizing communication and problem-solving skills in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage customer service policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of a superior customer experience</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience by utilizing customer feedback and data to improve products and processes</li><li>Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer operations.</li><li>Train and coach team members on policies, procedures, and best practices that ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven CX management experience in a telecommunication or related industry</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to create and maintain meaningful relationships with customers</li><li>Experience with customer support platforms, software, and tools</li><li>Ability to assess and improve internal processes</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul>
