Job Summary

Our Client is a Chinese Retailer and Variety Store Chain that specializes in Household and Consumer Goods including Fashion Accessories, Cosmetics, Toys, Stationery, Kitchenware, Digital Products, Snacks and a host of other products.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Responsible for all the cycle of receiving our Containers from the Port.
  •  Full compliance of customs clearance and shipment activities such as: all the process, papers & invoices, payments, visits to the port and procedures with customs clearance authority. 
  • Organization of shipment, customs clearance for imported products.
  • Preparation and processing of necessary documentation, monitors and follows up to ensure timely and efficient provision of services.
  • Following up all our relations with the shopping Malls such as: renewing contracts, opening new store, closing a store, problems,….,….,….
  • Any other task assigned by the direct manager.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a Proven Experience in dealing with Customs Clearance Authority.
  • Experience in dealing with Shopping Mall relations such as renewing contracts and problems.
  • From 5 to 7 years of experience in Customs Clearance Authority.
  • Very good English in speaking and writing is a Must.
  • Very good Excel and MS Office Skills.
