Join us and become a part of our great team.<p><br></p><strong> Your Role </strong><p><br></p>The primary function of the role is to follow and work in implementing a strategy for Airfreight, Seafreight & overland Customs Brokerage business development and operations in line with overall company strategy and policies for the various Business Units To develop and maintain profitable operations, manage in-house brokers/outsourced agencies, and manage, motivate, and lead the Customs Brokerage team as well as sales contribution from a base of existing customers whilst seeking new business opportunities. The FZ-A will Supervise Customs Brokerage operations in the country and will have direct reporting responsibilities to the Aly FZ. Duties and responsibilities are carried out in line with Corporate Customs Brokerage policies and in close partnership with corporate resources and other business units and functional units<p><br></p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervise brokerage team and assess, evaluate, and subcontract the best performing, reputable & compliant clearance agency in the Egyptian market</li><li>Assess in hiring/evaluating in-house customs brokers and all needed Integrity Due Diligence & contractual agreements needed for subcontracting customs clearance agency.</li><li>Negotiate and contract best competitive rates for customs brokerage and prepare a Minimum Selling Rate – MSR – for Sales & various Business Units for various products for various customs offices across Egypt ports</li><li> Acquire/support the acquisition of a new Customs Brokerage business and support the account management</li><li>Close daily follow-up to in-house customs brokers and outscored service providers to ensure offering our customers first-class customs brokerage service</li><li>Ensure and maintain good contact with all 3rd parties.</li><li> Be well aware of all customs regulations, and updates and report it to colleagues/customers</li><li> Focus on customer satisfaction through achieving the highest level of service quality and offer value add services to customers e.g. cost saving </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your Skills And Experiences</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>3-8 years of experience</li><li>Customer Oriented</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Commitment & dedication</li><li>Supportive to Sales & Business Units</li><li>High level of ethics and integrity</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Team work</li></ul>
