Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance via various channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, such as order discrepancies, payment problems, and technical difficulties. Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
