You will be responsible for analyzing a situation and providing a fresh perspective.</li><li> Reply to cases and questions sent by the consumers/users in a clear and constructive way.</li><li> Filtering the received cases and distributing them based on the specialty.</li><li> Building a database of questions and their relative answers.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex or escalated customer issues.</li><li>Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to ensure that our clients have received exceptional service</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Educational background in psychology, sociology, or social work.</li><li> Excellent problem-solving skills.</li><li> Articulate and masters the art of delivering information in a simple and consistent form.</li><li> Excellent in Arabic, English, and French (written).</li><li>Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.</li><li> master the skill of finding the right research for the most frequent questions.</li></ul>
