Starting a business is a daunting task, that’s why we understand beyond the shadow of a doubt that you need all the support you can get to focus on what matters; business growth. </p><p>Backed by a number of leading VC companies and angel investors in MENA and we’re looking for the best talent out there to help us build and scale our product offering. </p><p>https://m5.gs/MjZWV0 </p><p><strong>Job Location: </strong>Maadi Cairo, Egypt. </p><p><strong>Reporting Line:</strong> Head of Commercial. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Lead a team of account managers responsible for managing relationships with B2B clients. </li><li>Ensure the team is meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals. </li><li>Develop and implement processes to improve the customer experience and increase retention. </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. </li><li>Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work with the sales team to expand the company’s customer base.</li><li>Continuously measure and improve the customer experience. </li><li>Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.</li><li>Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them achieve their goals and develop theirskills.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer success and accountmanagement. </li><li>Submit the KPI of the team to the HR Department. </li><li>Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in account management or customer success, with at least 3 years of experience managing a team. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. </li><li>Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives. </li><li>Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. </li><li>Experience working within the e-commerce and Logistics industries. </li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills in English & Arabic.</li></ul>
