About the Role:

We are looking for a tech-savvy customer passionate start to join the team, you will be working in Foodics Store in the relevant city, maintaining customers’ trust in Foodics as a skilled technician, troubleshooting and repairing products. You will be supporting our walking customers in their demands and questions relevant to Foodics products, and offer advice to our customers to further improve their experience with Foodics products. Using a customer-centric approach, you will provide and further promote Foodics and help grow their product utilization through upselling selling and cross-selling techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Working as Customer Success Representative mainly and being able to manage accounts to fulfill all their needs, requests, and requirements.
  • Maintain the Retention rate at the highest, and decrease the churn.
  • Responsible to visit/meeting clients on a quarterly basis.
  • Deliver a word class service for new and existing clients
  • Coordination with other departments to escalate clients’ tickets when needed.
  • Coordinate with (PS) field team for on-demand support for clients
  • Weekly/monthly reporting for the frequently visited reasons to upper management
  • Assist with user onboarding to ensure that each customer gets the most out of your product/service.
  • Helping customers to utilize the solution & to be compatible with their business needs and goals.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer interaction role
  • Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant major
  • Comfortable with both English and Arabic languages
  • Strong commands over Ms. Excel
  • Highly customer centric with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing tools, CRM is preferred
  • Additional certificates in Customer Handling and management are preferred
  • Experience in Foodtech, Fintech, SaaS, or IT companies is a plus
