We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in a scaled accounts role.

As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are getting the most from our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them to achieve their goals through effective use of our software.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with customers, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ businesses and workflows, identifying opportunities for them to get the most from our products and services.
  • Use data to monitor and improve customer health, identifying and addressing issues before they become problems.
  • Drive adoption of our products and services, working with customers to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing usage.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers.
  • Develop and deliver customer success plans, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives.
