Improving the health and pleasing the taste buds of pets all over the UAE!</p><p><br></p><p>We have even more ambitious growth plans for 2024 and are looking for Customer Experience Associates to join our team and help us to reach our sales goals and change the pet food industry!</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently hiring for a variety of full-time schedules and applicants must have availability to work weekends.</p><p><br></p><p>#mustlovepets</p><p><br></p><p>You must be able to:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service through one-on-one interactions</li><li>Leave every prospective and current customer feeling loved and valued</li><li>Manage customer relationships across multiple channels, including emails, phones, our order management system and more!</li><li>Be target driven and smash our team sales targets</li><li>Utilize feedback to improve systems and assist in developing the Furchild Customer Journey</li><li>Track responses and work with the product team to develop future improvements</li><li>Learn to be a health and nutrition wiz; provide support on dog health, care, and wellness</li><li>Participate in cross-functional projects with opportunities for growth, i.e. customer insights, user experience, operations</li><li>Reflect our values in all things</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Essential skills:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>A pet lover is a must! You love pets and approach every pet with the same empathy and understanding as if it were your own</li><li>Value patience. You leverage your knowledge and communication skills (written and oral) to provide the best answers to our pup parents’ many questions.</li><li>Exceptional phone manner</li><li>Excellence in grammar required #grammarpolice</li><li>Outgoing, charismatic and confident… A bit of a charmer</li><li>Excellent communication skills and highly organised</li><li>Amazing interpersonal skills</li><li>Pro-active, entrepreneurial can do’ attitude</li><li>Problem solver.
