<p>BKN301 is growing fast and we are looking for people with a strong work ethic and drive to go above and beyond!</p><p><br></p><p>BKN301 is looking for an experienced <strong>Customer Specialist</strong> with excellent communication and time management skills. You will be proficient to resolve our customers issues and you will be part of Global Operation team collaborating with Product and Sales team to promote improvement in product quality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a single point of contact for BKN301 relationship with customers</li><li>Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process</li><li>Establish internal relationships with stakeholders</li><li>Provide weekly/daily (key data) information to line manager and other internal individuals/departments in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Ensure high customer satisfaction with great problem solving</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to develop training presentations and information as required for new products, procedures, product training, work with the manager to deliver the training or distribute the information as appropriate</li><li>Meet or exceed performance based on KPIs which are aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in operations, partner management, sales, or an adjacent role</li><li>Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English (any additional language is a plus!)</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve strategic results</li><li>Customer-centric focus: you have customer empathy and can translate their needs into outcomes</li><li>Data-centric and analytic approach</li><li>Experience working in large complex organizations or industries is desirable</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><p><strong>Place of work: Cairo, Egypt</strong></p><p>Welcome to a world without financial barriers.</p><p>Meet a flexible fintech company bringing clear and rewarding services to the emerging markets and the rest of the world.</p><p>BKN301 exists to let everyone’s financial life flow fairly and freely, without worry.</p><p>By partnering with companies and collaborating across countries, we envision and provide the safest and most engaging experience ever, everywhere.
