About the role

Missions and responsibilities of the Cust. Sol. Architect

Pre-sales Phase
– Supports and advises the project management team and the Client, and consults technical experts and engineering teams if needed
– Can contribute to technical proposals in pre-sales phase (LoE, feasibility)
– Has continuous knowledge of customer architecture and ecosystems
– Is the voice of operations for the design and the operational model

Build Phase
– Evaluates the technical risks at each step of the build phase and anticipates any potential impacts on the global solution, is responsible for the technical risk assessment and Management (TRAM).
– Is in charge of the correct engineering of the technical solutions deployed for one or several Clients
– Contributes to the detailed architecture (HLD & LLD) using the technical modules matching the Client’s needs
– Defines the best migration strategy based on technical and organizational constraints
– Is in charge of the final technical choices while keeping in mind internal build and run constraints
– Drives technical meetings with the Client, presents and convinces the Client of the technical choices made

Run Phase
– Provides technical support for major changes
– Can contribute when major incidents or crisis with design impact
– Lifecycle technical authority : to support operations and customer during crisis including with vendors. It also includes authority for upgrades and major releases.
