Our client is one of the fastest growing fintech providing invoice discounting services in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are looking to hire an Customer Services Officer for Riyadh, KSA. <p><br></p>Customer services officer occupies a significant place in ensuring that we resolve all customer complaints it is based in Riyadh/Jeddah/Damman and serves as the single point for all our customer needs.<p><br></p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Employees are responsible for maintaining ethical standards.</li><li>Talk to customer politely and patiently. </li><li>Understand Lamaas business and business operating procedures.</li><li>Understand different products offered by Lamaa.</li><li>Understand the call center technology.</li><li>Note down customer complaints and try to solve it at firsthand.</li><li>In case the solution is not known, note down the complaint.</li><li>Pass on the complaint to the designated area manager and coordinate with area manager to find the resolution.</li><li>Once the solution is obtained, promptly reach out to customer to address the complaint.</li><li>Follow Standard Operating Procedures. <br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Good at spoken English and Arabic.</li><li>Understanding of IT systems.</li><li>Basic mathematical and logical reasoning abilities.</li><li>Polite and sophisticated on the telephone.</li><li>Wiling to undergo training and learning.<br></li></ul>
