Position: Full time
Location: Dubai
Language Requirement: Japanese-speaking or Korean speaking

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive whose primary responsibilities and required skills and experience are mentioned below

The primary responsibilities include:
• Handle high amounts of live chat, tickets and incoming emails.
• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information.
• Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Craft messaging to assist with unique client inquiries.
• Review and approve transactions for different business units as necessary.
• Track product requests and partner with product team(s) to ensure successful implementation.
• Be an advocate for the crypto industry and an educator to new clients.
• Coordinate and handle customer complaint issues, and retain regular customers.
• Solve customer complaint issues, and create and document report analysis.
• Optimize customer complaint processes and improve service quality.
• Handle unpredictable emergencies in an efficient and timely manner.
Required Skills and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have +2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Effective communication skills both in Korean and English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Time management skills & listening and responsive to customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a team environment with little supervision.
• Serenity in challenging situations: self-control, tolerance, resilience.
• Accountability/ Integrity, honesty and ethics in all dealings.
• Attention to details and continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding customer data & software.
• Customer requirements Maintenance.
